I have completed all badges and ridden every day. I just looked back and noticed I didn't get a badge for day 13. I did ride a TF recognized trail but did an out n back not knowing I had to complete the trail, which is apparently a requirement after reading through this thread. Can I get a mulligan and credit for that day?

This challenge is quite challenging. Loving it so far.

My Strava failed on me, but I was still able to record at least 85% of the trail. It didn’t show up as a trail, though (and no badge). Why is this? I thought I needed to match around 60-
% of the trail. I’ll continue riding either way, but I’d love to get a badge for today! ‘‘Twas a pretty brutal ride haha.

Why didn't this ride count for Return to Earth. Ridelog from Jul 20, 2019

The same trail counted on another day. I agree it's a lame ride, but the contest rules only say it has to be a complete trail. So today I had to go and do another ride after dinner in the rain to get a badge.

They're not all that short.

Who cares? A ride is a ride. Besides, maybe he just recorded the trail and not the ride there?

You already have the Day 20 badge on this ride https://www.trailforks.com/ridelog/view/7473618/

I got that badge for the 2nd ride that day, which I did because the first one didn't give me a badge. I would like to know the criteria so I don't have any more rides that don't count.

Planning to go for another ride as doing the event earlier today did not result in a badge. Kind of silly that the shorter ride will result in the badge due to the hidden aspect of the private club trails ridden earlier in the day. But I understand that computers result in limitations.

The aspect of the trails being hidden is out of our hands, the club would rather the trails not be public on Trailforks. You'll have to take this up with the club.

Glad you were able to get your badge.

Cheers

Is there a way of changing the timezone for a ride (or ideally all Strava uploads)? Trailforks didn't record properly this morning, so I've synced my Strava but it has it down as a ride late last night (default time zone I assume).

Only as result of doing an additional ride elsewhere. Just reviewing and see that I missed Day 4 due to riding in the same location. Strange thing I have also received awards for riding at the same location.

Confused now that I review things and see that I did not receive day 4 or 12. These rides were on a trail listed on trailforks. How would one determine beforehand that the trail was a valid one for the contest beyond finding it on trailforks? I do know that only some of the club trails appear on the site, but a typical individual cannot control that were an administrator controls a geographic area. I would have rode elsewhere those days if I had known this was the result. Disappointing, guessing that riding the full 30 days on acknowledged trails will be insufficient.

My boyfriend and I have ridden every day since the beginning of the month on exactly the same trails. He has the badges for every day but I only have day 1. I have joined the event. My ride logs are almost identical to his, but when I look at recent activity on my ridelogs it only shows rides from 2017. The rides were uploading as private so I went back and changed that, but still no badges.

On the ridelog if you click on that ride there should be an option to rescan for badges. Try that now they're not private?
