Hey there just curious to what everyone is setting there high and low compression adjustments to? I’m new to fox suspension.

Small giant reign.
145 pounds.
Fast flowing trails. Than with some good climbs.

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the later models as regards settings.
But at your body weight I'd check if there are any volume spacers installed and consider removing them completely.

I'm not sure if that model has high speed comp.. if it does open it right up.

If you're talking about the older RC2 damper, the usable range of the lsc adjuster is huge. Don't be afraid to back that thing off more than 14 clicks from closed. I ran way too much lsc thinking it only really had 10 clicks, turns out 12 clicks out is pretty much magic for me. Too much lsc feels really harsh.
I run the high speed 8 clicks out.
Very little rebound, like 4 in from open.
170mm travel and 85-90 psi, I have luftkappe in the older NA airspring. No spacers but luftkappe is like a spacer.
I weigh 170#, 5'11"
