Hi all,

I'm looking at building up an existing pair of dt 350 hubs. I am looking for competative prices on a pair of DT Swiss XM481 rims as well as spokes. I found a good price on CRC for a pair however they can't guarantee that the rims will come with the PHR washers and Pro Head/Lock nipples that the rim seems to come with when buying from any other supplier. Perhaps this is why the CRC rims are "on sale" which is not much of a sale if the rims aren't coming with all the mfg spec'd parts.

Any wheel builders out there have any recommendations?
