Hi, I have a 2019 Jeffsy cf pro race and I am changing the groupset to Sram XO1 dub boost, I have also ordered the dub bb92 bottom bracket. I was just wondering what specific tools I need remove the current BB which has a 30mm spindle and which tools I need to install the dub BB?

Well, you can it with as little as a punch and hammer to remove the bearings if you go caveman style. You can find an extractor online but they are not super cheap.

As for instal you need a bb press (expensive) or a threaded rod, some thick washers and some bolts to make your own.

I have successfully done the caveman style bb swap a few times but I am using an aluminum frame. If you don’t feel confident, take it to the bike shop with your cranks already off and they should be able to do it very quickly and cheaply. The tools (decent ones) will cost you about $200 to remove and press bearings. Might be a better deal to let the shop do it.

Sorry, but you are incorrect about the tools.
BB Press (this one is good quality) , $45

I used it few times already, works great.

HEre afe removal tools:
1. What I have, $18,

2. What I would buy if I did it again: $39

Both of the posts above aren't quite correct.

To remove a BB92 use the Park Tool BBT 90.3.

To install the Sram DUB bb you'll need a press. The Wheels MFG Universal one works fine

In conjunction with the press you will also need to use a Wheels MFG 29 x 49 press adapter. Because of the ID of the DUB BB the universal press isn't quite the exact size. You'll need to use the adapter.
