I have been running the 27.5 EX511's with DT Swiss spokes, Hope Pro 4 hubs and alloy nipples for the past year and have beaten them up to the point that the shop is now telling me I probably need to get a new rim again, maybe something stronger. I went to the 511's and added Cush Core to avoid this issue, although I only recently added Cush Core and there was damage prior to installation. Any other wheel recommendations? Weight isn't much of a concern.

The 511's or the 471's are considered by many to be the sturdiest Rims out there. Pro Downhiller's are still running the 471's and those are old rims.
A few Enduro racing friends are running the Spank Spike rims and they seem to like them. Other friends are running the Novatech Flow Trail rims and they love them. ( but they are also sponsored by them ). But bottom line, I ride with them weekly and we ride full on Enduro Race trails at speed and they hold up pretty well.

So it sounds like you beat the crap out of your wheels so my guess it doesnt matter which rims you buy, it will happen again.
My opinion is stay with the 511's or maybe try the FR560's

I live in nwa and I have a set 2017 Enve m70thirty hv 27.5 wheels sitting in my garage. They have one season on them. Hubs are dtswiss 240 with 36 tooth ratchet. I went with 29in Ripmo instead. I'll let them go cheap since I don't really have a use for them. I had them listed for $750. Name a price. I sold my SC 5010 with the same wheelset you're describing. Did I sell it to you?

Hardly any sturdier out there, maybe FR 560 series from DT swiss. If you beat then reglularly, then sturdier casings + Cushcore + slightly higher pressure should do the job.

Ex511’s are mostly bulletproof

Thanks everyone. I ended up going with the 511's again. Hopefully I can keep this set going a little longer this time.
