I'm quite happy with my SLX m675 brakes, but looking at their price, I might but some m520 4 pot calipers to try.
They come with olive fitting, I've never heard of it myself, but is it possible to change them for banjos?

Look at how the hoses are attached to the calipers, the hose for the 675 is attached from the side, the hose for the 520 is attached from the front.

If you could attach a banjo to the 520, it wouldn't be a very good looking setup.

Get the correct fittings.

There are curved banjos, but my doubt anyway, is if it's even possible to do it due to threads having different size and location inside the caliper, or whatever.

Even if a curved banjo could be fitted, how would it look compared to the proper fitting hardware?

Banjos are a completely different way of attachment to straight hose fittings.

The parts you need are in the link above.
