Hi,
I tore my patellar tendon and after 10 months of failed rehab attempts I finally had the surgical repair in September. I have access to my wife's 2017 Specialized Turbo Levo Short Travel 6Fattie (120mm rear travel) to ride for rehab when I am released to ride. One issue with this bike is that the BB is so low that it has super dangerous pedal strikes quite often (which I cannot afford to crash from). My question is this: The Short travel version looks identical to the regular 2017 Turbo Levo which has 135mm travel. On Specialized's web site it says the bikes both use the same length shock (although Specialized is known to make that kind of mistake). I am ignorant when it comes down to what factors change the travel on bikes. Does anyone know what, if anything, I could do to bring the travel of the Turbo Levo ST up from 120mm to 135mm?
Thank you,
Nate

Shorter cranks? I fitted some 150mm cranks, down from the stock 165mm on my kenevo. No more pedal strikes.
