What 29ers are out there, preferences would be alloy frame, 150-170mm travel with atleast 470 reach and sub 65 ha on the large / xl.

Like the look of the whyte g170 but can't do frame only

Trek Slash 8?

I'll second this. It's an amazing bike. It seemed a bit short from the geometry chart but its so much fun on the trails and in the park.

What about Commencal Meta AM? A little steeper on the HA that you posted but close and has 160mm of travel. Reach is right around where you were wanting.

If you don't mind a 66 HA I would say the Kona Process 153. Demoed one 2 weeks ago and it was a blast.

Cotic rocketmax, although it’s steel. 63.5 ha, 475 reach in my medium. It’s a beast!

The new Norco Sight looks pretty rad.

Here are your options. All of them.

Note: The reach values are calculated at a constant stack, so they're more useful than the numbers you'll see on manufacturerers' geometry charts.

[Dang it, the formatting doesn't display. Shame about the mess this has become.]

The new Norco Sight looks very promising. I will probably end up picking up the A1 model, but you can get frame only in aluminum and carbon, or you can build it up with Norco's Build your ride-Ride your build. 78 STA, 64HA, 150 rear, 160 front, reach of 485 in large, 515 in xl.

Giant Reign 29er has 150mm rear travel, and stock builds come with either 160mm or 170mm forks, and is available as a carbon frame-only option with an X2 rear shock
