It came stock at 160mm, then during a recent service I got the workshop to change the air shaft to 170mm.
I had the fork feeling good at 160mm. Should I change anything in settings because it is now 170mm?? Air pressure? Tokens? Compression/Rebound?
For the most part, everything will be about the same. However, definitely worth actively thinking about how the fork feels during the first few rides. I switch my fork from 160 to 170 twice a year (for bike park season) and don't change anything.
hey, I really like your YouTube channel, keep it up!

Hey Mike, can you provide any color about Fox's recommended PSI on their tuning guide? I feel like if I used their recommended settings, and rode at 15-20% sag, I'd really not enjoy that fork. I

In regards to all suspension manufacturer's recommend settings: Take them with a grain of salt.
While they're an easy starting point, we always recommend setting suspension settings to however they feel and work best FOR YOU. Every rider and bike setup is different, meaning everyone's settings will be different.
I would personally not enjoy my fork if it were setup to what the "recommendation sticker" calls for as it would just be way too stiff.

For the air pressure find the same amount of sag... fox recommends 1 token ( as stock) for the 160 and no tokens for the 170 to have the same feeling... be careful, it changes also the maximum number of tokens you can fit in... compression and rebound should be the same but you will find your new sweet spot in a few rides anyway...
