Hi all. Just after some advice. I currently have a rear shock measuring 210 x 50 which gives me 120 mm and I am looking to upgrade it, if I upgrade to a 210 x 55 or 52.5 then roughly what travel will that give? Obviously I know I need to check clearance for the shorter shock when fully compressed.

210 x 55 on a Ibis Ripmo is 145mm of travel
210 x 55 on a yeti SB140 is 140mm of travel

So those are two different examples.
So depending on your bike, it should be close to those two

52,5 x 120 / 50 = 126 mm
55 x 120 / 50 = 132 mm
