Hey guys I am new to dh riding and am curious to what you folks are riding . I picked up a 2014 giant glory for 1200$ I personally think thats a steal after all the research I did.

Just picked myself up a steal on a 2016 giant glory advanced needs some work but got it for 750 bucks so i got me a winter project!! I cant wait till springtime to get to the bike park!!

my glory weighs a shit ton it sucks going up hill however, it is a beast going downhill you just hold on and let the bike do its job.

Supreme sx 180mm. Seems to work well for DH and uplift. No need for a Dh race bike it seems. I have had a furious and canyon sender but keep going back to the SX. I take the dropper off for any bike bark stuff and just run a qr with a thompson post and ergon Dh saddle.

Don't you find single crown forks more unstable?

2015 Gambler with the 2018 linkage and Saint/Boxxer components. Built it from the frame up...LOVE IT.
