There is a huge delay in parts somewhere. Next Delivery of 161 full builds is May week 4 (when mine is scheduled for), but frames are arriving Jan week 4.

Any pics of P1? I am 167. I have paid deposit for preorder P1 frame (May 2021). I would like to know what the standover is like? On the pedals especially.

The 161 is very compact. I can't comment on the p1 but my p3 has the most stand over clearance when on the pedals of any bike I've ridden. My wife is 151cm and she has plenty of clearance when she pedals it around.

Ok that does look roomy!

For the 29" models I think the standover is the same, and the seat tube just gets longer

I would defo like to see some pics of a P1, have not seen a single one on here, and I've read the thread from beginning to end!

How would you describe the rear suspension of the 161? Is it plush or sporty? I have a Sentinel v1 and considering getting a bike with more travel & plusher performance and wonder if the 161 is a good choice?

In the middle I would say, not too plush but gives good feedback without being harsh, compared with my previous bike yt jeffsy is much more sensitive, better mid support and not harsh at square edge hits. It's quite good

I came from a V1 Sentinel and i feel that it is much more supportive in the mid-stroke, and the more progression in the rear end is much more noticeable. The problem I had with the Sentinel was it would sucked down in it’s travel on fast rocky sections and I’d feel that through my feet. The 161 has more support and the added travel is a welcome addition too. The Sentinel was fast, the 161 is a rocket.

I am coming from a Spindrift 2017 and I think it is harsh. But I also think not many bikes could get that plush feeling.
I am currently shopping for a coil. Not sure witch one + most or them are not available right now Anyway..

The plymouth ebay frame is on PB now, if only I was 200cm and not 167...

Hi guys. Happy new year! Do the longer chainstays in the P4 also mean more tire clearance? Is it possible to run a 2.6 x 29 tire in the back with enough clearance?
