I notice that too... I must measure chain stays at home... for 24" frame should be 365mm...

I know what you mean. I think what's going on is that on 26"s, they're getting the back end even shorter. This is what 14.25" cs looks like with 24"s below.... On the Zircus they're getting 14.9" rather than 15.25".

Yes. 32/14 X 24 = 54.8 gear inches.

Approximately 55 gear inches is the "classic" or standard/default in BMX riding and most DJ-MTB bikes.

The default for singlespeed XC MTB on technical trails that involve slow speed climbing and getting over rocks etc. at slow speeds is 52 gear inches.

Thank You guys for support and help!!!
Son's bike is almost finished!
Now we are looking for fork (100mm 9mm axle) and brake (probably avid bb5).

This is how it looks:
