I am looking to get my first Full Suspension bike and have been researching for months now on what to get.
I can get the Whyte S-150C RS for 30% off at my LBS. I gave it a Demo at my local bike trails and I loved it although I found the small bump compliance was rougher than expected. Is that normal for a Pike? Maybe I just didn't set it up properly. It's probably a Demo bike over a year old as well. Would this bike be a lot better with a Lyrik?

My alternative was a Canyon Strive, but the shapeshifter servicing seems like a nightmare since I live all the way down in NZ.
