...which leads on to my slightly update older (2011) stead, a Yeti 303r-DH getting slowly updated on a budget. She could really be doing with a full strip and re-powder coated as she's looking a bit bashed in places, and the blues don't match BUT she still rides beautifully.
Rad RDH. I converted my to single speed a while back and gave it new life. I'm also riding a Nomad V4 these days as a park/"downduro" bike, so the Yeti gets mostly park and shuttle rides a few times a year.

Jan Karpiel was a mad scientist. Rode with him quite a bit in the 90s when he was building frames in Reno, NV. What a great time for bikes. Some real kooky innovative risk takers getting weird in their workshops in those days.

With 3" Duro's on the wheel stands about 27.4"
Remember seeing this in person parked up in front of Tesco when I lived local to you a couple years ago. Thought my 24seven with Monster T's and long-shocked was tall but sweet jesus is that a freaking goliath.
Will eventually do a retrobash on that frame, got a Fox 40 and some e13 wheels waiting for that build when I get to it.
