Does it exist? I suppose it wouldn't be that hard to build. Trying to run my 1.5 stem on a 1 1/8" fork.

Shims are available in all the popular sizes, as per links below.
I searched for a 1.5" reducer some time back to no avail,
for a Easton Havoc stem to fit to a 28.6mm steerer, in the end
I had some aluminium T6 round bar machined down to suit,
as I couldn't find round tube with the wall thickness to suit.
