I'm building up a new Transition PBJ and am having a hell of time finding a bolt on rear axle to fit the 10mm x 135mm rear end.
Local bikes shops don't have anything.
Jenson, nada.
Universal Cycles has everything but.
Transition doesn't have any and have no suggestions on where to find one.

Does anyone know where I can find one?

What kind of a hub do you have? Ideally you’d have either a bolt on axle (bolts go into threads inside the axle) or a threaded axle (nuts go onto threads outside the axle). Something that’s designed to be used with a QR dropout isn’t going to stay in place.

I swapped this chromoly axle into my old rear wheel (shimano XT hub, was QR) and then added (2) M10 nuts also from ebay. Works great so far on my PBJ.

I just went through the same thing trying to build a new rear wheel.

I ended up going with a DT Swiss RWS thru-bolt axle. I was hesitant at first, but I have to admit, I prefer it over my old rear wheel that was a bolt on. It is stronger, and easier to get the chain line right. Even emailed Dt Swiss asking if it was suitable for horizontal dropouts. They said it was fine, and even better than traditional bolt on. After testing it out, I agree.
