I've got a 2019 Norco Fluid HT 1. Fork is a 2019 120mm Sektor RL.

I set my sag at 20-25% (85psi, 165lb rider), but I don't use all the travel. In 10 months of riding, I've only bottomed the fork out once, and it was a pretty nose heavy huck to flat. Mostly XC riding, but I've done a few days of lift access downhill on the bike as well.

Low speed compression is all the way open. No tokens installed, but it still ramps up way too quickly.

Lowering the pressure isn't really an option, it's a hardtail, so if I run more sag the front end turns to mush and sits too low.

Anything I can do to make the fork less progressive? It's an entry level damper, but I'm not sure I can upgrade it since it's using 32mm stanchions.

Aside from ramping up too quickly, the fork works well for me. Any ideas? Different oil? Any damper upgrade options? Try dropping the pressure and cranking the lsc?
