I have a set of Fulcrum RED FIRE 5 wheels and the front sealed up fine going tubeless the back however has a small hole in the side of the wheels which I saw online is a drain hole but for me air is still getting thru and my front has the same hole and sealed fine. What would be a good idea to either solve the problem or plug the hole.

Clean it good with alcohol then fill the hole with silicone sealant. For a more permanent fix fill it with JB Weld.

While filling the hole is certainly an option ... if the rims are tubeless compatible, and the front seals up fine, I would re-inspect the tubeless tape on the rear, it probably shifted a bit.
