Hi, i hope someone could help me.

i have a few air shocks, and they have a stroke length. The air shocks are spot on. 57 mm stroke is really 57 mm. and the 38 mm stroke is 38 mm of stroke.

But i have a cane creek db coil. 216 x 63. eye to eye is 216 mm spot on. but the maximum stroke possible is 59.5 mm without bottomout bumper. So i miss about 3+ mm of stroke, that could result in 5 to 10 mm less rear travel !

Is every coil schock build this way? or just cane creek ? or just my shock ?

Can you pull the shaft out the remaining 3,5mm?

Nope, i can feel the end. And the eye to eye is 216. There is no more room than 59,5 mm of travel. From shock body to spring retaining ring.

Weird, I would just ask Cane Creek themselfes. I have noticed the stroke of the shock being a little short on my own Double Barrel, but that was just a hair under a mm.
