Fox Factory 34 GRIP set up help Rebound

Sup guys.. Just setting up my Fox Factory 34.. Im a bit of a slow poke with instructions. They say to turn rebound 7 clicks out from the fully closed position. Is fully closed the + or the - direction?

Fully closed is clockwise, or, probably the easiest way to understand it is from the slowest setting.

Turn it clockwise until your rebound is super slow, then back it out 7 clicks.
