I would like to know if anyone has developed an evacuation strategic plan/outline for extracting injured riders out of remote areas. I don't want to reinvent the wheel if there's already a template available. Thx!

If rider in non ambulatory, a rescue helicopter - Which is different than an air ambulalance, A rescue helo has the capability of extracting (raising the patient up into the helo). However, a recsue helo usually can only be summoned by either police or the fire dept.
Another method would be to familiarize one’s self wiith your local search and rescue group(s) aka SAR as a good SAR team has the tools to extract an injured person from a remote place. Carrying a communication device (and know how to use it) such as a cell phone, ham radio transceiver or Garmin Inreach.
