Upgrading 2012 Talas RLC FIT 36

Hi Everyone, As above, is there any way to upgrade this above fork to a more modern air spring/damper. I'm taking delivery of a second hand bike in the next few weeks and it has the Talas on it. I want to get a few ideas going about potential improvements to the fork. Thanks in advance. Seán
