Anyone have any info on pivot maintenance on a knolly? Torque specs? Frequency? How long do you all find the bushings and bearings last?

It would depend on your model, but most of the torque specs can be found on their site. Just find your model, and you should find it on the page. If you can't, email the company - they take pride in their models lasting, and I'm sure they would help you out

I am trying to remove the lower axle to service the bearings ; Is there any trick to put them apart without damaging the frame ?

I was able to remove and pack with fresh new grease all the other locations, but this one gives me a hard time !
I'm suspecting the creaking noise when I pedal hard comes from this area as I didn't do any service since 2016 ...
