"Still for sale" VS "Date"

Hey guys, I am new to pink bike and I don't understand the "still for sale" and "Date" part of ads. So I am assuming the "Date" is when the ad was posted, right? If its posted can the owner change parts of the ad such as price with the date not changing? And now for the "still for sale" section. Is this something that the owner will maintain every time they are on pink bike? Is this the owner clicking a button and saying that yes it is still for sale?

Sorry if these are dumb question, which I am sure they are, but I was just a tad confused. Part of why this confused me so much is because I was looking at a very nice rocky mountain and was surprised that the date was from a whole year ago. I thought it was a smoking deal..... Which makes me wonder if this was a price drop and I found it at the right moment or maybe it is not that great of a deal.
