I'm going from 150 to 160mm travel with my Bomber Z1. The manual says the longer the travel the less spacers you *can* use, but I also remember reading that with longer travel you will generally run less spacers. That makes sense to me because if you ran the same air pressure in a larger volume it is going to ramp up more near the end of the stroke...I think.

I went from 3 spacers to 4 at 150mm travel, dropped 7 psi and it is way too harsh. Going to have LBS take it back down to 3 spacers when they change the travel, but it would be helpful to know if there was a formula/guide post that 10mm = 1 spacer or half a spacer or etc. Wondering if I'm going to need to go down to 2 spacers.

Really the problem here is that I don't have a thin wall socket to be able to change spacers myself lol. I probably need to buy one because I get tired of having to bug my LBS for little stuff.
