need help with bike!

i’m looking to get a new hard tail and can’t really seem to find the best bang for my buck budget is about $1300

For jumps I would want a full suspension, and not a brand new $1300 bike. So I would look for a good used bike in that price range. You may be able to find a very capable new hardtail for that price as long as you like jumping with zero rear travel.

out side of bike park style flow trails, hard tails are very efficient and effective for jumping. think DJ bikes and BMX as prime examples... even then, if you are maximizing the transition on a flow trail, a hard tail is very do-able.

its often said, a good hard tail is a million times better than a bad full suspension bike.

Amen i would rather spend my money on a good hardtail than a bad full suspension.
