Hello all. Has anyone serviced their Saint M820 freehub yet? In all the manuals, shimano recommends changing the freehub, but can't find any for sale anywhere. Mine is dead, and really needs a service. If not nee freehub, is it worth taking apart? I'd appreciate any help regarding this.

Don't think these types of freehubs are serviceable. They can be taken apart with a homemade tool but are easily damaged if you try.

I did have a similar freehub years ago and I removed the rubber seal on the inboard side, sprayed WD40 inside and later dripped some lube down and put grease onto visible bearings but didn't make a lot of difference in the end.

This online shop in Denmark has new freehub in stock and deliver to the U.K.
