I've ride an Evil Following MB in the Ketchum Idaho area and looking for a bike with similar descending capability but better uphill, especially standing up and mashing - sprinty, I guess? As far as climbing goes I prefer to be out of the saddle, I don't really like spinning up things in the super low gears unless I have to. The Spur caught my attention and I've been a longtime fan of Transition. Anyone ridden the Spur? My Following XL is about 32LBS - at 6'1 200LBS it's a bit too much bike for me - and it all adds up after an hour or two.
