27 lbs, not bad with all the titanium stuff. Plus alloy wheels. Ti is neat but not light.
This Ti stuff is pretty light. Maybe not high end carbon XC light, but definitely high end alloy XC light.
Cranks 426g (with hardware, w/o chainring) Bar 220g Stem 110g
Now- would my ti stuff pass the Euro downhill lab testing standards? I have no idea. It passed the FEA I threw at it, but those load cases were 'educated guesses' at best.
The wheels are also pretty light at around 1600g for the set. Got there with 28h and scrawny spokes+ a fairly light rim. I am not a big person so I can get away with that sort of thing more easily. Also on that topic- that whee lset was just $450 from Colorado cyclist. I was pretty shocked how inexpensive their fully custom wheels are.
Of course- the stumpy frame is also helping in the weight department.
Yeah the Arch is a little too narrow for my taste. My Tune/Whisky wheels are about 1500g with a 30mm internal width. My TRS cranks are about 425g with the ring. The Enve bar isn't very light but it's not bad for having 50mm of rise. And I'm not 100% sure on the weight of my Reverse stem but with the ti hardware and only being 35mm long it's probably well below 110g
If I was able to get a '21 carbon SJ I would aim for around 25 lbs when completed.
