Not sure if anyone on here would be interested, but I'm selling a Carbon fiber clevis that the rear of the shock mounts to from an S-Works Stumpjumper 2021-22. This could be a nice little upgrade for a Comp, Expert or Pro frame...https://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/3270797/
Ive got stumpy comp s2 with the standard fox dps 190x45mm shock.... was looking to upgrade to a coil shock, can anyone recommend what would fit?
The frame with its rear flexible carbon seat stays were not designed for a coil shock. If you want to maintain support and increase sensitivity, go with a larger volume air shock. The Super Deluxe Ultimate or Float X are great upgrades with great sensitivity.
I bought a 2021 stumpy alloy about a year ago. it is the satin blaze color. Has anyone experienced fading of the paint job? Just asking because my frame has faded considerably.

Any recommendations on shock tune if going to one of these shocks?

Fox shocks have a 4 digit code on their labels. Go to Fox's website under the tech section, enter in the 4 digit code of your current frame's o.e. shock and it will spit out what that shock tune for that frame is. If going with a X2, DPX2 or Float X, the tune will typically remain the same as the tune generally is just the compression.
Other than that, adding or removing volume spacers and adjusting rebound and compression is all that will remain....and the Specialized website has a suspension setup calculator that is about as good as it gets for a great initial setup to give you the riding experience that Specialized intends for that bike.

I'm new to this forum and own since last February a 2022 Stumpy Alloy Comp.
So stoked about it, great versatility for a bike that's definitely not specialized in one area.
The only thing I'm thinking to change is its wheelset: the OEM Spe kit is quite heavy...
I ride most of the time hard XC / soft enduro trails, weight 78 kg and am not a wild rider.
What reasonnably priced wheelset (no more than 700 €) would you recommend to me? I read some great things about Hunt Trail Wide V2 which are really affordable (around 380 €) but not sure if the step from OEM wheels would be so big...

Thanks in advance for the help!
you should save up a bit more and get a set of the roval control carbon wheels, they are a great match with the stumpjumper.
