Bike came stock with sram code R with 200mm centerline rotors, I've tried both sintered and organic pads, as well as brake cleaner on the rotors and pads, along with proper bed-in procedure. I can't for the life of me get them to stop making noise when braking. The issue seems to go away once I get them heated up though. Could this just be the cheap rotors? Thoughts? Help is greatly appreciated!

Firt of all, dont get brake cleaner on your rotors. Clean them with isopropyl alcool, but everyone i know with sram brakes have stuck pistons, their brakes make weird noises and they dont brake same thing with my old elixirs. The best thing you can do is getting new brakes. If you dont want to spend a lot of money go with TRP or shimano and if you want to spend more go with hope or magura.
