Losing weight is not as difficult a goal as one might think, everything is a matter of consciousness and putting all the means to lose weight.
Therefore, if you adopt good daily habits and gradually stop your old bad habits.If you follow the daily routines in terms of physical exercise or nutrition and hold these actions over time, you will have results.
First, try to change your eating habits, eat that when you are hungry and eat less quickly, if you cannot change your diet or if you do not have satisfactory results, then you should consult a dietician.
Try to eat healthy, (especially avoid sugar) like green vegetables, fresh fruit, but avoid fruit juices, but also cereals, Fast Food.
