IF anything happend with BOA on VAUDE AM Moab Tech MTB Shoes - is there any posiibility to replace it? If yes - with what/how?

Mine had an issue, I've sent them back to the dealer and got them replaced. Overall I'm happy with them, great grip and feel better on my foot that the 510 freeriders.

what issue? where you bought them? Replaced what - only BOA system or shoes at all ? ...

The Boa on the left shoe would only pull the string/lace on one side, not both sides simultaneously. The whole shoe was then replaced by bike-components.de

Here in North America the BOA website has a free replacement page. I have a set of Diadora shoes with a BOA setup for the top strap and found that the BOA cable was snagging inside the ratchet assembly, turns out the plastic coating on the cable had snagged and torn. After going through their model ID questionnaire, they sent me two replacement kits that included the cable and the ratcheting dial.

At the time I found the free units from BOA, I also found online replacements from a few bike shops for $20 for the kit.
