Shovel - digging and shifting
Polaski (hoe) - for drainage, trenches and breaking up stoney/graveled soil, you could use a pick.
Lump Hammer - breaking stone/nailing 6-10" nails.
Hammer - for nails
Axe and/or hatchet - chipping wood, splitting, chicken head removal for BBQ
Chisel - fine work
Chainsaw - scaring campers at the lake, logrides and tree maintainance
Wheelbarrow or hand truck/sacktruck - shifting large rocks

Volunteers - as many as possible...do your bit and help your local group
