Yt tues cf pro race custommer service and warranty

Hi guys
i'm thinking about buying a yt tues cf pro race but the custommer service and warranty thing make me worry a bit. How often does carbon bikes like the tues one brake? I'm not a full speed rider but i'm comming for it. I want to be fast on rought trails on that new bike. So if i crash how much chances does it have to break? And if i just ride on rought sections, how much chances does it have to break indirectly so without hitting anything.

I really want to buy because of the price and beautifful looking.

I saw that santa cruz v10 has almost same specs but its 2500$ without taxes in more and its 1kg heavier. But the customer service is excellent and warranty also.

Do you have any suggestions?
P.s. i would like a bike with sram code rsc brakes. They feel better than shimano in my opinion
