kona honzo st or esd if you want sliders or even if you don't want sliders, great bike! my honzo st is SS currently has been most of its life. great for winter or if you want no fus and lighten up the rear for jumping. I have ridden this bike 1x11, xc 32x20 or even 32x16 for more enduro dedicated down machine
chromag rootdown
chromag sylus if you want party bike, i ride this most of the time hunting for fun on the trail, low stack & compact, fun to jump

never ridden but seem sweet:
canfield nimble 9, reviews seem great
voodoo damballa, voodoo was a sweet bike company not sure what they are like to order from now
marin el roy, pretty new to the steel club

that Dikyelous reeb is a cool bike, chainstays are super short!!! 408. not sure what else has that on a 29er

honzo for the price, the purchasing in the usa and probably available, it will be hard to beat.

I'm loving my Cotic Bfe. Proper good fun. I loved my Privee Shan too, just not enough tyre clearance for muddy UK winters (autumn, spring and parts of summer too).

Do you think the 2020 with an angle set is as good as waiting for the 2021?

that grey 2021 st or the esd are both available, may be hard to find but they pop up

seat tube is lower and head tube angle is slacker

i think its worth the wait because they are natural improvements, the st was best at 140mm travel it need to be back in 2012(only 120mm) now it is stock at 140mm travel, couple degrees slacker and the lower seat tube!

same thing happened on the chromags,

getting that seat out of the way makes my cheek bones hurt, edit. haha I meant it makes me smile
