My when I pedal hard on my bmx there's a creaking sound, I tried oiling the chain but it doesent work, I think it's the bottom bracket.

First tighten the cranks, if that does not work, take the cranks off and grease them

Take them apart and put grease on the threads on your pedals, chainring bolts, crank and also grease your crank splines

Check the connection between the pedals and cranks maybe? Does it happen when you spin the pedals whilst you're off the bike or when you're only putting weight on it?

Could be a few things, your bottom bracket or your driver or your chain. Check BB and the hub first.

My headset also makes a lot of old man noises when I pedal hard from those uncaught barspins lol

Go through everything.. tightening, cleaning & greasing, or replacing.

A freehub bearing on one of mine did the same a few months ago.

Another common soolution to this is to grease the seatpost.
As silly as it sounds, it is quite often the cause of the creak.

Or bearings that need to be changed/regreased in the BB

hope you got it figured out since it's almost three months since the original post.
