Was just curious, that is my old basement workshop.
Oh, yeah? Prove it! What beer is in that glass?
Most likely a homebrew.
*clinks glass to monitor* I just realized it's been around 18 months since I took my brewstand apart to make some upgrades, and life circumstances have completely stalled the project. Sigh...
Back to the topic, though: How about Falstaff and Ballantine? They supposedly both made very good ales in the pre-prohibition days. It would be great to try and recreate them.
Being a giant idiot, I'd dream of a day where Balfa, Klein, and Turner were still the standard. Klein fills the wondrous needs of lightweight, ridiculously beautiful machines on a trail. Balfa is the definitive all-day banger you can just beat relentlessly......and on a whim - between old Schwinn, Yeti, and Turner, any of the three can fulfill an entirely dirty, sexual response...and while the Schwinn/Yeti were glorious to behold, the Turner was always more rare, & more hearty unit to behold - which just makes me smile. Hard to pass on a Yeti DH-9, but the DHR across decades.......that's a machine and a half!
