Purchased PRO but cant download trails

I have a PRO membership through the apple app, my id on trailforks is gn5eFK
I keep seeing "get trailforks pro" but when I click on it - it does show i am subscribed. I am not able to download maps which should be free with the subscription, please help me out!

Hi Canadaka, I seem to be having the same problem. The app recognises that I have a pro subscription but the website won’t let me download map data (via https://www.trailforks.com/tools/garminmaps/)
