What would you pay for a custom Hakka MX?

Hey Everyone - I'd like you to tell me what you would consider paying for my Hakka MX. I ask because I'd build the bike from frame only, and it's really hard to figure out what purchaser would consider valuable.

So, here I go:

2018 Hakka MX, Medium frame, Coal color

Drive Train - 1X11
SRAM Force Carbon Cranks
Wolftooth 38T front cog
e-Thirteen 9X45 cassette
Shimano XTR Derailleur
Wolftooth Ultegra to XTR ratio converter

Ultegra Shiftbrake Levers
XT Hydrolic Brakes
Enve Stem (off my mountianbike)
Ritchie Carbon offset seatpost
Whiskey Flared Carbon Handlebars

Wheelset #1: Mike Curiak hand built wheel set
SRAM 900 disc hubs, 32h, black. 12mm f, 142mm r,
Shimano 9/10/11 freehub.
WTB Frequency i19 TCS rims, 32h, black.
DT Swiss Competition butted spokes, black.
DT Swiss Prolock alloy nips, black.

Wheelset #2
Mercury X3 650b with Schwalbe 2.1 Thunder Burt tires - Plenty of room.

Bike comes in at just over 18lbs with SQlab's Ergowave Carbon Saddle (not included, best f'n saddle ever) and Shwalbe pro one tires.

Why do I want to sell? I have arthritic hips and anything out of the saddle really hurts. Been to multiple doctors and the advice is "well, don't climb out of the saddle". Ha. An e-gravel bike is in my future.

I've already switched to an e-mtb, and it's like a dose of freedom.

This is not a solicitation and I appreciate your feedback/suggestions.
