42 - messing around the yard, and the field next to our house, Friday night with my daughter. Practicing wheelies, manuals, bunny hopping. Good workout but ankles sore AF from lots of awkward angled landings. Also went over backwards and landed hard on my ass/back. That ended the fun. Feels like I'm getting stabbed in the back low between my shoulder blades. Hurts to breathe in this morning still.

Self talk during debrief: When you cover the back brake doing wheelies, actually use the brake, don't just lay a lame finger over the lever thus doing a half assed job Rolleyes

43 - Counter clockwise laps at Lamb Loop and East Rim Trails Sunday morning

23 - Night ride for some cardio
24 - Another night ride, completely nuked my rear tire and now need to wait on a new one to come in

good you're getting it on man. I take it you're healing up just fine tup

Ankle is feeling good! Just need to keep my bike together for the rest of the season.

25 - Quarter of the way there. Bought some Maxxis Aggressor 2.5's, perfect tire for the dirt in our area. Tested them out on some flow trails with the homies.

26 - Took her to the bike park for some pre-work laps to really test out the new tires. Completely trashed the rear wheel and noticed that I have 7-8 spoke eyelets that are cracked like this.

27 - Spent an hour in the parking lot tensioning up that wheel. Hit up a gentle lap down the park. Gonna have to make her work for at least a month or 2 to afford a new wheelset.

28 - 2 more laps at the park before work. Wheel still staying relatively stiff and straight for now.

29 - Night ride with the boys
