Been off the web for a spell, so here's a month or 2 of updates:

5 - 6 mile loop with the homie, had to sit down and coast down the road the whole way down

6 - Little 3 mile XC trail, was actually able to do some real descending

7 - Same XC trail a week later, was able to go even faster on the descent

8 - 8 mile loop down a local flow trail, first ride I've actually been able to "shred" since the break!

9 - Same flow trail loop, same shreddy times

10 - 6 mile loop with some great views of the valley

11 - 13 mile cardio burner in 90+ heat, sick descent down a steep ridgeline. Got to see a massive electrical storm at the top.

12 - Night ride to the top of Mt. Sentinel, great night-time views of the valley and a fun flowy descent back to the truck

awesome dude...! glad you're back in the saddle. how you feelin' ??

Feeling great! Still sore and stiff after rides but I'm still hitting the PT and recovery activities hard so all is well!

13 - 4 mile loop down the fence line trail, discovered a leak in my water bladder when I ran out of water a mile in.

149 - Doumont lap with the wife. KOM'd the classic Monkeys in the Mist trail. Feel a bit bad taking the KOM from Stevie Smith, but it is what it is.
