154 - To work and back. Got alot of weird looks today when people could see my lips without a mask. Not going to lie, pretty over this sore swollen lip thing already. Super uncomfortable to drink, eat or talk. Hoping it's gone by tomorrow morning.

155 - Work commute again. Not feeling pushing myself until my face is healed up, want to let the body run its course fighting off the wasp venom. So after work paddleboarding it is!

156 - Brutal headache all day in the heat yesterday at work. That plus still having a swollen face and a sore neck in the same local area meant a rough day.. Slow pedal home to go sit in the a/c on the couch for the evening and watch crankworks downhill...fell asleep on the couch and woke up there at 2 am lol
I'm a mess this week apparently

41: Jumping Pound and Cox Hill, not a breath of wind at the top of Cox last night, made for some vicious mosquitos. Still some snow hiding in the trees on lee-side aspects, only one spot where it crossed the trail on JP ridge though, and you could ride around it.

154- Morning ride, came back and chilled and then my house got hit by a small tornado. That is quite possibly the most Florida thing I've ever said. lol
