I picked up a ZEb ultimate. I have mostly had fox for years. This is my first RS fork in a while.

So a full rebuild get done by them?

Do you have any preferred placed to get service?

How bad is the 200hr service?

My work has slowed so I am riding a lot more and want to make sure I plan accordingly for the bike park season.

I can’t speak to ZEB specifically but on my Lyrik Ultimate, IMO service is super easy. The ease of self service was one my reasons for staying with RS over FOX. The bladder for the 200hr service requires a specific bleed kit but still quite easy if you’re mechanically inclined and capable of following their rather detailed service instructions. The 50hr service is a 20 minute deal with some practice.
