I have removed the lowers (2020 Lyric) and want to remove the debonair piston. In all the videos I have seen, the tube extends out the bottom. On mine the tube is up and there is pressure in the tube. I can’t remove the c-clip with pressure and I don’t know how to release the pressure. Any ideas?

Release all the pressure in the air spring side and pull the shaft down. To release air pressure put your shock pump on and use the release valve or simply depress the valve on the top of the air spring side until it’s empty. You can then pull the air shaft with your hand if you wrap a shop towel around it. Adding air will push the rod down, grab onto and release all air pressure. Remove c-clip and pull with authority, it’ll pop out.
