What you actually mean is “Endo ON!!“

Best to check the specs for something like that than to ask randos on the internet who may or may not know what they are talking about. Max width is only half of what you need to know. Max tire diameter is just as important and SRAM also list this on their web site. The max is 760 for the bluto so no for the 27.5”x4.5”. May fit under the arch, but will hit the crown at full compression and send you over the bars.

My 27.5 x4.5 studded Dillingers mounted on 80mm rims did rub a little on the Bluto's brace. The problem isn't the width, but the overall diameter.
