I have a Fox 34 that currently has a remote lockout installed. I would like to change it to a 3-position lever lockout. Is that possible?

Yeah, you need a replacement upper damper cartridge assembly. That means rebuilding and re-bleeding the damper. Look up the 4 digit code from the back right side of the lower leg on fox's website and you'll get info about the internals of the fork, and then you can go from there to determine what assembly you'll need.
