Shimano Lever leakage - cause?

Hi Folks

I'm trying to fix my Son's Shimano BL-M506 brakes, and when doing a brake bleed there is a lot of mineral oil leakage out of the brake lever cylinder area where the casing comes together. I opened it up and I can't seem to see anything wrong, so I thought the chamber/cylinder area might just needed some tightening but it hasn't seemed to solve it. Any suggestions?
