It slacken it to 63.1 HT and the ST to 74.9 if you run a 170 fork. It won't climb as well but it might descend a little better. of course, you could run with a 160 fork keep it at 63.6 HT and 75.4 ST. I have a friend with an HD3 set up as a mullet with a 150 fork and he says doesn't climb as good as when it a 27.5 but it nice to have the big wheel up front.

Yeah, I was thinking about running a 150mm fork to preserve the geometry as much as possible.

Yes. Very good so far. Pretty sure I'll leave this bike with this setup. Configuration:

Setup w/ 150mm fork @ approx 20% sag at the moment.
